Our Project Management course equips students with the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and close a small project using standard project management tools and techniques. They will understand project lifecycles, scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management and will be able to create key project deliverables such as project charters, WBS, Gantt charts, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans. Additionally, they will gain confidence in teamwork, leadership, and presenting project plans.
